First, 12 months warranty since the date of sale of products.
Second, the defects in product structure and operation caused by design, materials and technology will be under warranty. We will be responsible for free repair and replacement due to quality problem beyond damage resulted from installation and abuse. Products sold out will be identical to quality standards issued by original manufacturer and relevant national 3C certificate.
Third, customers need to keep us informed in written within three days after collection because of product model, quantity and surface quality, also notify us in written within 7 days after collection if problems of internal quality problems of products was found. We will be responsible for free replacement if it turn out to be true.
